RIAC provides crucial support for individuals facing challenges with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our aim is to ensure fair and just treatment for all under the scheme by providing empathetic, knowledgeable support and helping you navigate the NDIS appeals process with confidence.

- External review assistance: We guide you through seeking an external review by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, to contest NDIS decisions.
- Self-Advocacy support: Empowering you with information and guidance to confidently stand up for your rights.
- Ensuring accountability: Working to ensure the NDIS remains accountable and transparent for the benefit of the wider community.
- Peer Support Group: Offering a space to develop self-advocacy skills with others undergoing similar experiences.
Our NDIS appeals service is available across the Local Government Areas of Ararat, Ballarat, Bendigo, Campaspe, Geelong, Goldfields, Golden Plains, Hepburn, Hindmarsh, Loddon, Macedon, Moorabool, Mount Alexander, Pyrenees, Queenscliffe, Surf Coast, West Wimmera and Yarriambiack.
