Rights Information and Advocacy Centre (RIAC) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation providing advocacy, information and support to people with disability, their families and carers across regional Victoria. Since 1984, we have worked alongside people to uphold rights, remove barriers and create positive change in our communities.
