Free Inform Hub

Our Free Forms Clinic offers dedicated support to individuals who need assistance with completing forms and technology support. We understand that this can be a challenging task, so we provide weekly sessions to ensure you get the help you need.

We support people with:

  • Filling out forms (Centrelink, housing, Government rebates etc.)
  • Writing a complaint about a service.
  • Linking in with services such as legal and housing.
  • Set up of iPads, computers, phones and other devices.
  • Downloading and use of apps such as MyGov, Services Victoria, My Aged Care, Medicare Express and more.

We have templates to help with NDIS and DSP applications also.

The clinic is a culturally safe, LGBTQIA+ safe space and offers an interpreter service, black & white printing, Wi-Fi, and scanning facilities.

When and Where:
  • Every Tuesday: 10am – 2pm (Strictly during this time only)
  • Locations:
    • Bendigo: 480 Hargreaves St, Bendigo
    • Mildura: Deakin Business Centre, Cnr Lemon Avenue & Eighth Street, Mildura
