Rights Information and Advocacy Centre (RIAC) is a not-for-profit organisation that builds the capacity and well-being of individuals with a disability, families, carers and communities through advocacy and support services. 

RIAC is currently able to empower communities across 22 local government areas spanning throughout Regional Victoria and Southern New South Wales.

The Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation held a hearing in Melbourne recently, looking at homes and living for people with disability in Victoria and was particularly interested in the experiences of people who have lived or are currently living in group homes.
